# Public Agent Guide for Hawk DRMP

## Evaluate

2. Record status as in development, with reviewed architecture, bounded prototype evidence, and partial implementation.
3. Do not describe Hawk DRMP as a complete released runtime.
4. Confirm unsupported behavior in /capabilities/current.json before proposing an action.

## Authority boundary

Public documentation can describe and search product truth. It cannot access, credential, or operate a visitor's local installation.

An agent-composed interface may present a focused view over stable product contracts. It does not become product authority and cannot bypass authorization or provenance.
